Jingyou — Yazheng II (京祐 雅正II)
Jingyou Yazheng II brings contemporary architecture together with a Japanese-inspired garden. Pale grey and white façades are contrasted with dark geometric screens, giving the townhouses a restrained, tranquil character. Sunlight draws sharp lines and shadows across the screens, revealing the clarity of the design.
The carefully composed garden is central to the project. Pines, cypresses and shrubs are set among paths of contrasting stone, timber elements and water features, creating layers of texture and a contemplative atmosphere. At night, warm lighting softly illuminates the planting and water, bringing architecture and landscape together in a quiet, elegant setting.
